What’s My Chronotype?

Determining your chronotype will be the first step in your ChronoFit journey. Although our app has a special feature for finding it out for you, you can get the first idea from this guide.

BEAR
Bears follow the solar cycle closely and tend to sleep and wake with the sun. They usually feel most energetic between mid-morning and early afternoon. Because of their natural rhythm, bears often perform best in physical activities during late morning or early afternoon—making lunchtime workouts or midday games ideal. They benefit from a steady routine and may struggle with late-night practices or events.

LION
Lions are early risers and tend to wake up before the sun, with energy peaking in the morning. They’re great at early-day training sessions, making them ideal for morning runs, boot camps, or early competitions. However, their energy dips sharply in the afternoon and evening, so they’re less suited to late games or late-night training. Lions thrive with disciplined routines and active mornings.

WOLF
Wolves are natural night owls, often struggling to wake early and feeling most alert in the late afternoon and evening. Their athletic performance tends to improve later in the day, so evening workouts or late games suit them best. They may find morning training grueling and less effective. Wolves excel in sports that allow for flexibility in scheduling or late-day competition.

DOLPHIN
Dolphins are light sleepers and often struggle with insomnia or restless nights. They’re alert and mentally sharp in the late morning but can feel drained due to poor-quality sleep. High-intensity sports or workouts are best done in the late morning or early afternoon when their energy peaks. Dolphins need to be mindful of overtraining and should prioritize recovery and good sleep hygiene.
